Next Dimension Accounting (NDA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Joanne Fahd as Chief Executive Officer, effective 3 November 2025.
This transition marks an exciting new chapter for NDA as it evolves from a founder-led firm into a scalable, team-driven advisory business. Over the past four years, NDA has doubled in size, which is a testament to the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation. The award-winning company remains fully open for business, ready to support clients with the same dedication and new momentum.
Founder Brendan Lucas will assume a strategic role as Head of Strategy, focusing on business development, quality assurance and strengthening client partnerships.
Reflecting on the transition, Brendan said, “Jo has been an integral part of NDA’s leadership since its inception. Her expertise across commercial, not-for-profit and public practice sectors, combined with her empathy and leadership, makes her the ideal person to lead NDA into the future.”
As CEO, Jo will oversee NDA’s day-to-day operations, drive client service excellence, and lead the firm’s growth strategy, supported by a strong executive team that now includes Montana Moylan, who steps into a leadership role.
